FCA US First-quarter Sales Increase 4% Year Over Year

April 1, 2026 , Auburn Hills, Mich. -  FCA US LLC reports total first-quarter U.S. sales increased 4% versus the same period in 2025. Overall, the company sold 305,902 vehicles in the quarter.  
 
“We continue to build strong momentum with 4% year-over-year growth, improving market share in an industry that is forecasted to be down approximately 6% based on early reports,” said Jeff Kommor, head of U.S. retail sales. “There have been plenty of challenges facing the industry this quarter, but these results are proof that we are effectively activating our business reset. They also reflect the confidence we have in our product lineup and dealer network. As more new vehicles reach showrooms, we’re offering customers the right blend of capability, design and powertrain choice to keep our brands competitive and growing.” 
 
Following the strong first‑quarter performance, the company continues to execute its priorities for 2026 and will present its strategic plan at Investor Day on May 21 in Auburn Hills, Michigan.

Sales Highlights 

Ram:  

• 1500 total sales up 27% year over year; best Q1 since 2023 
• Heavy-duty total sales up 21% year over year; best Q1 since 2022 
• 1500 earns top honors in the JD Power 2026 U.S. Vehicle Dependability Study (VDS), ranking first in the large light-duty pickup segment 
• Unveiled the 2027 Ram ProMaster City for the Ram Professional lineup at NTEA’s Work Truck Week  
• Returned to NASCAR in February with a top 10 finish at Daytona in the brand's first race in 13 years 
• Revealed Ram 1500 Backcountry, Ram 1500 Rebel X and Ram 2500 Lunar edition

Jeep:

• Grand Cherokee total sales up 10% Q1 2026 versus Q1 2025 
• Wrangler total sales increase 17% in Q1 2026 over Q1 2025; best Q1 since 2022  
• Grand Wagoneer total sales up 110% in Q1 2026 versus Q1 2025 
• Wrangler earns best-in-class honors in the JD Power 2026 U.S. ALG Residual Value Awards, with the highest residual value in the Compact SUV segment 
• Debuted 85th anniversary models of the Wrangler, Gladiator, Cherokee, Grand Cherokee, Grand Wagoneer and Compass

Dodge:

• Total Durango sales up 48% in Q1 2026 versus Q1 2025; best Q1 since 2021 
• March 2026 was the strongest sales month for SIXPACK, marking three consecutive months of sales increases 
• 2026 Dodge Durango America250 special edition revealed at the New York International Auto Show 
• Dodge Charger multi-energy lineup named 2026 North American Car of the Year™ (NACTOY); also earned 2026 MotorWeek Drivers’ Choice Best of Year, Best Sport Coupe Awards 
• Charger lineup expands with the SIXPACK-powered R/T, which is also now available in a four-door model 

Chrysler:

• Chrysler minivan retail sales increase 25% month over month in March; second consecutive month of growth
• Pacifica ICE retail sales increase nearly 11% in Q1 2026 versus Q1 2025
• Voyager total sales increase 56% in Q1 2026 compared to Q1 2025 
• 2027 Chrysler Pacifica revealed at the New York International Auto Show; orders now open 
• Chrysler Pacifica earns Consumer Guide Best Buy Award for the 10th consecutive year; editors highlight the van’s excellent array of family-friendly convenience features, spacious cabin with upscale trimmings and on-road performance 

FIAT:

• FIAT’s total sales grew 85% Q1 2026 versus Q4 2025
• 500e sees 5% retail sales increase in Q1 2026 over Q4 2025 

 Alfa Romeo:

• Alfa Romeo records 5% quarter-over-quarter growth for total sales compared to Q4 2025 
• March is the best month of total sales for Tonale ICE in Q1 2026
