Tim Fallon was named senior vice president, North America manufacturing in September 2024. In this role, Fallon is responsible for 32 assembly, powertrain and component plants in the U.S., Canada and Mexico. A seasoned automotive executive, Fallon has a strong track record of manufacturing experience, including electric-vehicle production. 

Prior to joining the company, Fallon led EV manufacturing operations for Rivian and spent more than 16 years with Nissan, where he held various positions in production, including vice president, manufacturing, Canton (Mississippi) Vehicle Assembly Plant.

Fallon holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Colorado School of Mines and an MBA from Middle Tennessee State University.
