William (Bill) Peffer leads the Jeep® brand in North America overseeing strategy, sales and marketing operations for the brand in the United States, Canada and Mexico. Previously, he was the CEO of Maserati North America.

• 2021 – Head of Maserati Americas  
• 2017 – Chief Operating Officer and Vice President, Sales Operations, Kia Motors America  
• 2014 – President and Chief Operating Officer, Balise Motor Sales 
• 2013 – U.S. Vice President Cadillac Sales and Service, General Motors 
• 2012 – Managing Director & CEO, Nissan Motor Corporation, Australia  

Peffer holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in advertising from Michigan State University.
