Lottie Holland was named vice president of diversity, inclusion, engagement and EEO compliance, Stellantis North America in July 2022. 

Prior to this appointment, she directed the company’s diversity and inclusion activities focused on improving its pipeline of diverse talent and building an inclusive work culture.

Previously, she served as director of Mopar purchasing and supplier operations, leading a team sourcing service components and accessories for many of the company’s vehicles. She’s held leadership positions in supplier diversity, exterior vision purchasing and product development purchasing. 

Holland also serves as co-lead of the Stellantis African Ancestry Network Diaspora, one of 11 Stellantis business resource groups in the United States representing a range of employee affinity communities.

Holland has been honored as Savoy Magazine's 2023 Most Influential Executives in Diversity & Inclusion, a Woman of Excellence (2022) by The Michigan Chronicle, Notable Champion of Diversity by Automotive News (2021), Top Champion for Diversity by Diversity Plus (2018), Top 100 Under 50 by DiversityMBA (2017) and Top 40 Under 40 by Crain’s Detroit Business (2016).

Holland holds a Bachelor of Science degree in packaging engineering from Michigan State University and an MBA from Wayne State University. 

She holds professional certificates in project management (Project Management Institute), supply management (Institute of Supply Management), supplier diversity (Institute of Supply Management), diversity and inclusion (Cornell University) and has completed the Women of Color Leadership Program at Harvard Business School.
