Share Download Print Mark Chernoby Chief Technical Compliance Officer, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. Mark Chernoby is Chief Technical Compliance Officer of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. He assumed responsibility for North America Vehicle Safety and Regulatory Compliance in November 2016. The GEC is the highest management-level decision making body within the FCA organization and is led by the FCA Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Prior to his current role, Chernoby was Head of Quality for FCA – Global. He has also served previously as Chief Operating Officer Product Development and Head of Product Portfolio Management. Chernoby was appointed to the GEC in September 2011. Chernoby is also the executive sponsor of the FCA Gay & Lesbian Alliance Business Resource Group (BRG). FCA supports 10 employee-driven BRGs dedicated to pursuing projects that enhance the FCA work culture, focusing on networking and mentoring, celebrating multicultural differences and engaging external communities through volunteer and charitable activities.
