Auburn Hills, Mich. December 23, 2020 - The Fiat brand today announced pricing for the 2021 Fiat 500X lineup, including the addition of the all-new Sport Value Package for the popular Sport trim.

“Designed and built in Italy, our fun-to-drive Fiat 500X is the only vehicle in its class to deliver a standard turbocharged engine, all-wheel drive and 30 miles per gallon,” said Matt Davis, Head of FIAT – North America. “For 2021, the 500X adds the Sport Value Package to the aggressive Sport trim that debuted last year, bringing more bang for the buck to our dynamic crossover.”

Italian Roots
Penned at Centro Stile in Turin, Italy, the 500X leverages the character and iconic features of the Fiat 500 subcompact into a larger, four-door crossover package. Exterior design elements, such as double headlamps, a trapezoidal nose and rounded clamshell hood, pay homage to the original Cinquecento, while colored dashboard inserts and a circular cluster display give the interior standout style.

For 2021 (late availability), Fiat 500X Pop and Trekking models receive new dashboard inserts — matte blue techno finish for Pop, matte grey finish for Trekking — as well as new seat fabric.

Crafted in Italy at Fiat Automobiles’ Melfi assembly plant, the 2021 Fiat 500X arrives at North American Fiat studios in the fourth quarter of 2020.

More Content and Improved Value
New for 2021, the Sport Value Package for Fiat 500X Sport includes $3,400 of content, including dual-pane power sunroof, Beats premium audio, 19-inch wheels, LED headlamps and fog lamps, front and rear park assist, navigation, heated front seats and windshield wiper deicer, for just $700.

Available on Fiat 500X Trekking, the $700 Trekking Value Package adds a dual-pane power sunroof, Beats premium audio, 18-inch wheels, leather seats and navigation, a $3,300 value.

The Pop Value Package, a $300 option for Fiat 500X Pop, brings $1,300 of content to the lineup's entry point, including automatic headlamps, rear park assist, SiriusXM satellite radio, deep-tint sunscreen glass and Beats premium audio.

Fuel-efficient Turbocharged Engine
The 2021 Fiat 500X comes standard with an advanced 1.3-liter turbocharged engine with MultiAir III valve-actuation technology, engine stop-start (ESS) and a robust 210 lb.-ft. of torque. A nine-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive with an automatic disconnecting rear axle that improves efficiency are standard as well.
The Fiat 500X is the only vehicle in its class to deliver fuel economy of 30 mpg highway combined with a standard turbocharged engine and all-wheel drive.

75 Safety and Technology Features
The 2021 Fiat 500X offers up to 75 safety and security features, including available adaptive cruise control and front park assist for added passenger convenience and protection.

Adaptive cruise control may be activated for automatic reduction of the set speed when the vehicle is approaching a vehicle in the same lane, or when another vehicle moves into the same lane. Adaptive cruise control returns to the set speed when the vehicle in front accelerates or moves to another lane. At a distance set by the driver, the feature also keeps the car back from the vehicle ahead. With front park assist, at low speeds ultrasonic sensors in the bumper detect stationary objects.

Additional active and passive safety and security features include standard ParkView rear backup camera with dynamic grid lines, electronic stability control (ESC)
with electronic roll mitigation, seven air bags, electric parking brake system and rear parking sensors, as well as available front parking sensors, LaneSense lane departure warning, Blind-spot Monitoring and Rear Cross Path detection.

2021 Fiat Lineup
For the 2021 model year, the Fiat lineup will feature the Fiat 500X small crossover, which offers unique and functional Italian design, standard all-wheel-drive capability, 9-speed automatic transmission, 30 mpg highway and best-in-class 210 lb-ft of torque. The Fiat 124 Spider and the Fiat 500L will be discontinued after the 2020 model year.

Available LED lighting systems provide enhanced visibility in all driving conditions. Full LED headlights are coupled with LED fog lamps, creating a signature, sporty look. Dark-finish exterior accents on mirror caps, door handles and the rear license plate brow further define its appearance. Dynamic 18-inch aluminum wheels come standard and 19-inch premium aluminum wheels with Michelin CrossClimate all-season tires are available. Chrome dual-exhaust tips complete the Sport’s aggressive road presence.

The same sporty and adventurous style displayed on the exterior is also found in the interior, which is highlighted with a dark-finished headliner and pillars along with unique interior door and console bezel surface finishes.
