Jacqueline Oliva

Head of Human Resources – FCA Canada

Jacqueline Oliva was named head of human resources, FCA Canada in June 2018.
 
Previous to her current position, Oliva served as manager of human resources at the Windsor Assembly Plant, where she was responsible for overseeing all employee relations and labour matters for the facility.
 
Since joining the company in 1998, she has held a variety of positions within the human resources and labour groups, each with increasing responsibility.
 
Oliva’s professional background includes:

  • December 2012, Human Resources Manager, Windsor Assembly Plant
  • February 2009, Sr. Staff Labour Relations Specialist
She earned a Bachelor of Arts (1996) and Bachelor of Education (1998) from the University of Windsor. She also earned a Post Graduate Certificate in human resource management (1997) from Sheridan College.
 
Oliva currently serves on the board of directors of the Unemployed Help Center of Windsor, a position she has held since February 2017.
 
Oliva was born in Windsor, Ontario.
