  • UAW-represented Employees: 47,200 as of December 2018
    • Traditional – Hired prior to Oct. 29, 2007
    • In-progression – Hired on/after Oct. 29, 2007
    • Temporary – Hired to supplement for absenteeism, weekend work, summer vacation replacements, launch activities
       
  • Hourly employees work in:
    • Manufacturing – 22 plants
    • Mopar – 19 parts distribution centers (PDCs)
    • FCA Transport – Two terminals in Detroit and Toledo
    • Salaried Bargaining Unit (SBU) – Advanced Manufacturing Engineering; Quality; Lab/Test; Manufacturing Plants; Mopar; Production Control; Nurses
       
  • More than 20,000 hourly manufacturing employees have been added since 2009 (21,100 in 2009)
     
  • Wages:
    • Traditional non-skilled current hourly wage: $30/hour
    • In-progression non-skilled starting hourly wage: $17/hour
       
  • Average age of the hourly workforce: 44
     
  • Average years of service for the hourly workforce: 12
     
  • Since 2009, FCA has invested nearly $14 billion in its U.S. operations
     
  • Average total profit sharing paid to UAW-represented employees since 2009: $29,500
     
  • Current contract expires on Sept. 14, 2019, at 11:59 p.m. ET
